MediNurse is a nursing agency located in St. Louis, Missouri, and serves both individual and corporate clients throughout the metropolitan area in Missouri and Illinois. Need a change of pace? Take care of patients in their homes throughout the St. Louis area. Salary based on acuity of patient. We're always looking for registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nurse assistants, companions and sitters. Up to 40 hours per week available on all shifts. Flexible hours.

Requirements

To be considered for employment at MediNurse, you must:

• Complete an application form.
• Permit MediNurse to obtain a minimum of two professional, work-related references.
• Complete a skills inventory.
• Complete a questionnaire.
• Be interviewed.
• Successfully complete an age-specific competency exam required by JACHO for our clients.
• Successfully complete an orientation during which expectations are presented and discussed, questions are answered, and federal and state requirements are met.
• Successfully pass both a police background check and a state required clearance.

Licensing

All skilled nursing personnel must have a current license in the state assigned. A copy of your license is kept in your personnel file. Each year, you must submit a copy of your renewed license for placement in your personnel file before your old license expires. You must carry your license with you while on duty.
